National Day of Prayer – Monroe, MIOn Thursday, May 7, believers from across Monroe will gather together for the National Day of Prayer. This is a special time each year when people all across our nation set aside time to seek the Lord and pray for our communities, our leaders, and our country.
Our heart for this gathering is simple: to come together as the Body of Christ and pray for every area of influence in our city and nation.
We will have people leading prayer for several key spheres of influence, including:
Government – local, state, and national leaders
Education – schools, teachers, and students
Families – marriages, children, and future generations
The Church – unity and spiritual renewal
Business & Economy – integrity, provision, and opportunity
Media – truth, wisdom, and responsible influence
Arts & Entertainment – creativity that honors God
Our prayer is that the Church would come together across congregations and denominations to seek God’s wisdom, healing, and guidance for our city and nation.
Everyone is welcome—pastors, ministry leaders, churches, families, and community members.
Let’s come together to pray for Monroe, pray for our nation, and glorify God among the nations.
