Prize Presentation
As in previous years this will be held at Harper Adams University, Newport. TF10 8NB.
Such is our success, we have outgrown the hall that we have previously used and are now using a larger hall called 'The Barn'. This is to the left of the previous location and has no stairs to negotiate. Parking is in the usual place but there is additional parking behind the new venue. Please look at the campus map, the new venue is marked No. 39. Harper Adams Campus Plan
Cost of Event
The cost for each participant is £12.00 plus booking fee
However, if you have booked on and are subsequently unable to attend before the draw then please cancel your ticket.
You must cancel using one of these three mechanisms:
• 1 The preferred method is via the Eventbrite ticket booking system using the link that you can find on your ticket. This can be found at the bottom of your ticket and has a link directly to “cancel my ticket”.
• 2 By email Let’s Fish giving details of date, venue and participants in your email message.
• 3 If you are unable to attend after the draw you must cancel by emailing; [email protected]
We ask for your co-operation in this matter. This will allow others who would otherwise have regrettably missed out due to lack of available fishing pegs, it will give the opportunity to those on the reserve list to attend this event.
