Three artists. Three sets. One incredible night of singer-songwriters. Join The Shandies for a special night at Moontown Sound featuring Nashville touring artists Lucy Isabel and Lauren Wanamaker. It’s listening-room sound in a bar setting and the perfect place for this special show!
Lucy Isabel brings a striking, road-tested voice and deeply personal songwriting to the stage. Equally inspired by the Americana community of her current Nashville home and the boardwalk culture of her native New Jersey, her last two albums explore relationships, self-reflection, and the complicated work of becoming who you really are.
Lauren Wanamaker, a Washington-born folk artist now based in Nashville, writes songs that explore family, grief, spirituality, and identity through a blend of folk, Americana, and alt-country. Her latest EP Glitter established her as an emerging voice in modern folk, with listeners often comparing her to artists like Brandi Carlile, Natalie Merchant, and Sierra Ferrell.
Springfield favorites The Shandies will host the evening, bringing their special blend of harmony-rich folk and story-driven songwriting enjoyed by their local fans. Their eclectic sound has been shaped by a decade of performing and traveling together.
If you love Brandi Carlile, Adrianne Lenker, Indigo Girls, or Sufjan Stevens, this is a night you won’t want to miss!
Come early, grab a drink, and settle in for a night of songs and stories. We recommend getting tickets in advance.
Tickets: $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
Doors: 6:30, Showtime: 7:00
