Join artist and author Myja Lark for the opening reception of Nappy Roots: The Homecoming, a solo exhibition centering Black interiority, ancestry, and return.This exhibition brings together original paintings and written work from the Nappy Roots universe, a counter-narrative that reclaims Black humanity beyond narrow or distorted histories, centering lineage, presence, and inherited genius.
