About this Event
Welcome to NAPA Connects: Adaptive Yoga Class! Join us at NAPA Center Boston for a welcoming and inclusive adaptive yoga class designed specifically for children with disabilities. Guided by Ellie Spriet (OTD, OTR/L, CKTP, RYT200), a registered yoga teacher and experienced occupational therapist, this class combines the therapeutic benefits of yoga with a fun, supportive environment tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and playful mindfulness practices, children will develop body awareness, coordination, strength, and self-regulation—all while building confidence and connecting with others. Modifications (e.g. chair/standing) and supports are provided to ensure every participant feels safe, empowered, and successful. A parent or therapist must be present with your child to attend.
