Singer-songwriter NAMVULA weaves together a global soundscape that takes inspiration from the deep grooves of Africa, the lyrical sensibility of folk-pop soul, and the improvisational freedom of jazz. This Zambian-Scottish artist creates a musical tapestry that transports listeners into different worlds with refreshing honesty, evocative lyricism, heartfelt melodies, and infectious grooves.
In this show, she will be playing a rare, beautifully intimate and stripped back set with acclaimed guitarist Giuliano Modarelli (Kefaya), as part of her All Shades / Chasing Shadows UK tour.
