NAMI is excited to announce this year's impactful slogan: "Bridging Minds: Walk for Mental Health Awareness." This slogan boldly emphasizes the need for connection and understanding in our collective journey toward mental health awareness.
Join us for the 7th Annual NAMIWalks Southwest Florida 5K sunset walk from Fort Myers Centennial Park to the Edison Bridge and back. This event will occur on Saturday March 8 2025 rain or shine. The walk will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. The Walk/Run festival featuring live music food trucks a beer garden exhibits a kids' zone and much more will begin at 4:00 p.m.
Together we can create a supportive community that promotes mental health awareness reduces stigma and provides resources for those in need. Your participation in this beloved event and collaborative efforts strengthens our community.

In addition, we will be hosting a 5k run that will occur alongside the 5k walk. The Run is $35 and registration is requires. Prizes will be award to the top three finishers of each category.
