Supporting a loved one living with a mental health condition can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to do it alone.NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational course for family members, partners, and friends of individuals living with mental illness.
This class is offered in person in Merrill and is part of the MAPS Community Education Spring Catalog.

Family-to-Family provides:
• Information about mental health conditions
• Communication and problem-solving strategies
• Tools to support your loved one
• Connection with others who understand
The course is taught by trained facilitators with lived experience supporting a family member.
Registration is required and must be completed through MAPS Community Education.
