About our Course Instructor Nekesha Sawh, Senior Portfolio Programs Manager Hines

Nekesha Sawh is the Senior Portfolio Programs Manager at Hines, where she enhances operational efficiencies for commercial real estate properties by developing and managing Environmental Health & Safety and Sustainability programs that align with the company's ESG goals. Known for her leadership, Nekesha builds strong relationships with teams, vendors, and clients, driving workplace improvements through her innovative approach. Her key achievements include expanding Hines’ partnership with Genesys Works to provide internships for underrepresented youth and launching an engineering apprenticeship for high school seniors. An active member of the One Hines Women’s Group and the Black Employee Advancement Network (B.E.A.N.), she is also involved in the Girl Scouts of Greater New York and CoreNet Global NYC. Nekesha is committed to mentoring BIPOC individuals and advancing their careers in corporate real estate.
