Move for a Cause: The Namaste’ Yoga Mindful Triathlon Set for May 2.The Namaste’ Yoga community invites the public to the Namaste’ Yoga Mindful Triathlon, a unique wellness experience centered on movement, mindfulness, and community connection. This special event offers a refreshing twist on the traditional triathlon, prioritizing inner peace and community support over competition.
All proceeds from the event directly benefit the Irmo "Mayor's Uplift Initiative," which provides essential support to underserved families within the Irmo area.

The Three Pillars of the Morning
Unlike a high-intensity race, this triathlon is designed for all fitness levels and consists of:
A 5K Run/Walk: A scenic route through Crooked Creek Park.
30-Minute Slow Flow Yoga: Led by the experienced instructors of Namaste’ Yoga.
20-Minute Meditation: Featuring soul-stirring live music by Jake Lind.
Morning Schedule
9:00 AM: Check-in and distribution of goodies.
9:30 AM: Community warm-up with Amy Sizemore.
10:00 AM: 5K Run/Walk begins.
11:00 AM: Group Yoga session.
11:30 AM: Guided Meditation.

Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather, the triathlon may be cancelled for safety. Please note that registrations are non-refundable; instead, all fees will be donated as a contribution to the Irmo "Mayor's Uplift Initiative."
