Yoga retreat to relax and nurture your self with only 6 women. Friday arrive between 4-6 to snack and get settled. 6-7 vinyasa flow, journaling, and relax.Saturday breakfast, yin yoga, cocoa ceremony with drawing or journaling and lunch. Free time afterwards to read, nap, walk, or book a reiki session one on one for $20 extra for 20 minutes. Our evening will have a lovely dinner, wine tasting, and a restorative yoga session followed by yoga nidra.
Sunday we will eat breakfast and have a farewell yoga flow. We will end at 10 giving everyone time to get home and prepare for back to life.
