About this Event
Join us in welcoming our newest lululemon Garden State Plaza Ambassadors, Kay and Nekyzsa, for Namaste Knockout, a dynamic community sweat that blends mindful movement with high-energy training.
The morning will begin with a grounding yoga flow led by Nekyzsa, designed to improve mobility, breath, and body awareness. From there, Kay will take us into an energizing hybrid workout combining shadowboxing and bodyweight strength training to build endurance, coordination, and confidence.
This all-levels class offers the perfect balance of recovery and intensity, helping you feel centered, empowered, and connected. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or are a seasoned athlete, come move with us, meet new friends, and celebrate the beginning of an exciting ambassador journey with Kay and Nekyzsa.
