Join an assortment of Sarasota’s most beloved yogis as they share their practice at The Bay. Bring a friend, a mat and water to experience the unique styles of a different instructor each practice.

About Janine Martin
Janine Martin has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She is a 500hr RYT. She teaches a challenging, yet relaxing class that enables you to be vibing with the community, sweating in nature and breathing in the beautiful surroundings. Throughout the class, she provides frequent reminders to check in with your body and to keep searching for the answers within. Her happy attitude will leave you feeling energized and lighter not only in the body, but also in the mind and heart. All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered.
