About this Event
Something remarkable happens when people dare to be honest together. Beyond our practiced stories and polite distances lies a world of genuine connection - messy, alive, and real.
What Happens in This Workshop?
Here, in this moment-to-moment exploration, you'll be invited to:
- Express what's alive in you right now, in simple, direct language
- Share what you usually keep hidden
- Notice what happens when others truly see you
- Discover what emerges between people when masks fall away
The journey unfolds based on what's present in the group. Through simple questions and direct expression, we explore various aspects of our human experience - from our deepest longings to our fears of rejection, from our relationship patterns to our sense of self.
Possible Topics
- What happens when we dare to be honest?
- Our relationship with our bodies and sexuality
- The pain and possibility in our longing for connection, of being alone or feeling rejected
- What holds us back from intimacy
- Our hidden desires and forbidden needs
- The experience of attraction and repulsion in the present moment
- Our histories and patterns in love, sex and dating
The Six Principles
...that form our container:
- Honesty: What's alive in you right now?
- Expression over Discussion: Share your experience rather than analyze
- No Advice: Your story may inspire, but we're not here to fix each other
- Presence: Stay with what's happening in and between us
- Personal Agency: Take yourself seriously and voice your needs
- Confidentiality: What you hear about others stays here
Important to Know
This is not a therapy group or dating event - it's an invitation to discover what happens when we dare to be fully honest in the presence of others. People who feel uncomfortable with topics like sexuality are especially welcome - that discomfort is often where growth begins.
The workshop adapts to what emerges in the group while maintaining clear boundaries. Every invitation to share is exactly that - an invitation you're free to accept or decline.
While the images show many conventionally attractive bodies (as AI generated images tend to do), we welcome and celebrate people of all body types, ages, and appearances in our workshop.
About the Images
The photos show imagined scenes from the "Naked Forum" - a powerful exploration of our relationship with our bodies that is part of the in-person format. While this online format remains fully clothed, we maintain the spirit of honest self-disclosure.
About Your Facilitator
Eivind is a relationship and sexuality coach exploring the depths of human connection at ZEGG, an intentional community known for its pioneering work in love, relationships, and community living.
As a Trainer Candidate at the Radical Honesty Institute, he co-leads workshops and seminars where truth-telling becomes a gateway to aliveness and deeper connection.
It always excites him to discover what's possible when we dare to be honest about who we are, what we want, and what we feel - even when (especially when) it's uncomfortable.
