Attendance options
You can attend the town hall in-person at Main Campus, at a satellite campus watch session, or virtually on Teams. The event will be recorded and shared afterwards. Due to space constraints, please RSVP below to indicate your attendance.
In-person attendance
- Shaw Theatre, Main Campus (occupancy limit 350 limit)
- Patricia Campus watch session (occupancy limit: 25, P165)
- Souch Campus watch session (occupancy limit: 25, P175)
If the occupancy limit has been reached, you are still welcome to come to the Shaw Theatre at start of the event. Extra spots may open up.

Parking
If you are attending the townhall in person and do not have a valid parking permit, please enjoy complimentary parking in the AB or M Parkades. All other zones require a valid permit or payment and will be enforced. Reminder, please do not park in accessible stalls without a valid placard.
