Moderator: Mary Ann Mobley, Executive Payroll Director Wells Fargo. Mary Ann Mobley is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of expertise in leading large payroll organizations. She brings a diverse set of payroll knowledge and has extensive experience in performing thorough payroll due diligence, specifically focusing on createing seamless merger, acquisition, and business process outsourcing transitions. Mary Ann has successfully led several Workday implementations, which involved integrating corresponding timekeeping systems. In her role at Wells Fargo, Mary Ann is responsible for all operational aspects of Americas payroll functions. Mary Ann has held leadership positions at BNSF Railway, Brinker International (Chili's), 7-Eleven, and Global Medical Response, and NCR.

Panelist: Victor Sobers, SE-AWMA, Senior Vice President, Investments Wells Fargo. Victor Sobers began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2005 and it’s been the most rewarding opportunity. As Senior Vice President of Investments at Wells Fargo, he uses a comprehensive process to help clients address these potential key concerns: making smart decisions about their money, potentially mitigating their taxes, taking care of their heirs, making sure their assets are not unjustly taken and magnifying their charitable gifts. He works with a network of professional advisors to help clients maximize the probability of achieving their goals. Mr. Sobers graduated from Southwestern A/G University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2003.

Panelist: Tonya Munford, Founder of Amina Financial Solutions LLC & Expat Tax Solutions, LLC. Tanya L. Munford is the founder of Amina Financial Solutions LLC & Expat Tax Solutions, LLC (ETS LLC), formerly B & K Diversified, LLC, which has been providing Accounting, Income Tax and small business consulting services to Clients and financial leaders around the world since 2003. Amina Financial Solutions LLC/Expat Tax Solutions LLC services clients in the United States and in other parts of the world. In 2000, prior to building Amina Financial Solutions LLC/Expat Tax Solutions LLC from the ground up and devoting her full-time attention to the company, Tanya managed the financial operations of a United Way non-profit organization. She led the Finances for over 100 employees and successfully managed a budget in excess of $3.5 Million in federal, state and local funding.

Not only is Tanya highly accomplished in Accounting and Financial Management but her 25-plus years of extensive, diverse experience include exemplary military service. For over half a decade, Tanya served in the United States Air Force as a Computer Maintenance Technician, Technology Instructor and finalized her career in Finance and Accounting Management. Her successful track record included providing technical assistance and training to over 500 system users, managing operating budgets in excess of $26 million, and ensuring the funding of a fleet of critical surveillance aircraft encompassing over 300 personnel. In the development of training programs for the U.S. Air Force, Tanya accomplished monumental program achievements. She reduced budget report processing times by 50%, reduced training times by 70% and reduced errors in providing estimate and actual fuel costs to her management team by 95%. Ultimately, being a successful contributor to the organization’s bottom line and overall effectiveness.

Tanya is constantly battling the work-life balance. In achieving that balance, she is a major contributor to society and her local community. She has and continues to maximize and sow her financial and leadership skills serving as President of the National Association of Black Accountants, Middle GA Chapter, and Volunteer in vast financial and community organizations. When she is not ruling in the financial industry, she enjoys spending time with family, the proud Mother of 2 sons, traveling and experiencing different cultures and cuisines from around the world. Her ultimate goal is to step foot on each continent, visit as many countries as possible and retire in another country. Her retirement country, still to be determined.

Panelist: Max Celestin, Senior Broker ,Legacy Chasers. Maxim Celestin also known as Max Celestin, is a seasoned professional who has navigated a transformative journey from healthcare to the world of finance, all while maintaining a steadfast commitment to serving medical professionals. With a background deeply rooted in healthcare, Max initially pursued a master’s degree in public administration specializing in Healthcare Administration with a certification in Gerontology at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. He was always driven by a passion to create better policies within the healthcare system to ensure that minorities had access to better care.

During Max’s tenure in healthcare, Max became a member of NYR NAHSE chapter, he started out as committee member for both the events committee and finance committee. Max eventually would have become the NYR NAHSE Treasurer where he managed the finances for two years and worked alongside many administrators from various health systems to ensure that NAHSE was no longer the best kept secret. Max gives a lot of credit to NAHSE. Due to him networking within NAHSE, a career opportunity occurred where Max became a health administrator at a cancer institution where he managed 517 inpatient beds within a 24/7 department.

During his time as an administrator, he noticed that many people within the hospital system were unable to retire due to various reasons. Eager to bridge the gap between healthcare and finance, Max quickly embarked into a rigorous training where he decided to become a Licensed Financial Professional.

Armed with a unique blend of medical expertise and financial acumen, Max transitioned into the realm of financial services, where he dedicates himself to assisting medical professionals in navigating the complexities of Retirement Solutions/Financial Planning. Max brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and financial intricacies faced by medical professionals.

Max is currently a Senior Broker of his financial firm, Legacy Chasers, under the umbrella of Transamerica Financial Advisors. Max is currently licensed in 26 states and works alongside 80% of multibillion dollar financial institutions, where he specializes in wealth accumulation and money management. He focuses on increasing one’s net worth and building generational wealth.

Driven by a profound sense of purpose and a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact, Max exemplifies a holistic approach to supporting healthcare professionals – integrating expertise in both healthcare and finance to empower professionals to thrive both personally and professionally.

Panelist: Omar Spann, Financial Coach, Entrepreneur. Omar Spann was raised on Long Island located in NY, where he played sports and has always had a passion for helping people in any way that he can. He always knew my purpose would be inspiring others and having a positive impact on the world. He pursued a BA, in Accounting which led to him helping individuals with their taxes. This helped him realize that the majority of people spent their money on wants instead of necessities. Therefore, he decided to bridge that gap in his community by becoming a financial coach.

Mr. Spann is currently licensed in 45 states. He has coached and helped thousands of people become more financially independent, while helping individuals understand the importance of wealth. He specializes in community uplift, focusing on the knowledge of money and obtaining generational wealth. Mr. Spann is an advocate of helping people become better leaders, while creating simple strategies to ensure better money management.
