About this Event

WHAT?

Discover a calm and focused way to create art through our Basic Pastel Nagomi Art in Black & White course. This workshop is designed for those with some experience in Pastel Nagomi Art, offering a simple yet meaningful approach using only black, white, and soft shades of grey.

Unlike the usual gentle colours, this black and white style helps you pay more attention to light, shadow, and shapes. It allows you to express feelings in a quiet and thoughtful way, while exploring simple storytelling through your artwork.

By working without colour, you will gradually improve your shading, balance, and composition skills. The process is slow, calming, and encourages relaxation, focus, and clarity of mind—making it both a creative and soothing experience.

Why join this workshop?

  • Experience a calming and mindful art process using simple black and white tones
  • Deepen your understanding of light, shadow, and composition
  • Strengthen your shading techniques in a gentle, guided way
  • Explore a new form of expression without relying on colours
  • Enjoy a relaxing activity that supports mental clarity and emotional well-being
  • Connect with others in a supportive and peaceful creative environment

Let this workshop be a quiet space for you to slow down, reflect, and express through simplicity.
