Come practise the weapon-based martial art of Naginata, the graceful long bladed staff weapon traditionally associated with women of Japanese nobility, warrior monks and samurai!Practice is focused around the development of technique through set patterns (kata or shikake-oji) with an emphasis on precision. Sparring (shiai) is the competitive element where practitioners can execute their techniques safely against each other.
We are a dojo based out of the Midlands and welcome all ages!
