“Shapeshifting and soulful instrumental jazz” as described by judges of the Australian Music Prize for the nomination of their debut album, Second Sight, the trio – featuring Nadav Rayman (Piano), Matthew Coleman (Bass) and Michael Evans-Barker (Drums) – continues to explore the inflection point of contemporary soul jazz and hip-hop. Performing two sets of original compositions by the trio and guest artists, this show features California-born and deeply soulful MC Cazeaux O.S.L.O., supreme Neo-Soul talent Ty La Moonchild, R&B sensation Zima and award-winning Brazilian jazz flutist Yael Zamir.
