About this Event

Naadasangamam 2026 - A musical get-together. Join us for a blissful afternoon of Carnatic music lead by students of Smt. Lekshmy Manoj, accompanied by Shri. Sharadh Rajaraman on Violin and Shri. Ananth Iyer on Mridangam.

The occasion will be graced by the presence of

Chief Guest: Dr. Ranjan Vasudevan, Carnatic Guitarist, Founder of 'Cambridge Carnatic'.

Smt. Lekshmy Manoj, hailing from Chennai, the capital of Carnatic music, is a disciple of Smt. Raji Gopalakrishnan and Dr. G. Sujatha, and has also been mentored by senior vidushis Smt. Suguna Purushothaman, Smt. Geetha Raja, and Smt. Prema Rangarajan. A National Talent Scholarship holder, she has won numerous accolades and has performed both solo and alongside her guru across prestigious sabhas. She has served as an online music trainer at the Shankar Mahadevan Academy. She founded Carnatic Life School of Music in 2015 and trains around 60 students in Chennai in Carnatic music through an activity-based approach. She is a recipient of the Best Music Teacher award from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha. NaadaSangamam 2026 marks a special milestone, bringing together her online students in Cambridge for their first-ever two-hour live concert on stage, celebrating unity through music.
