Naad Yoga Experience

Naad Yoga Experience is an immersive sound journey rooted in the ancient understanding that all of creation is Nada Brahma — divine sound made manifest. Just as a single drop creates rippling rings across still water, Anahata Nada — the primordial unstruck sound — ripples outward into all of existence, taking countless forms, including us. This practice invites us to become aware of our own frequency and, through sacred sound, to realign and co-create with Source. Gaayatri guides participants through three unfolding stages:

Nada Yoga & Mantra — awakening awareness of our own frequency through the sacred sounds of Sanskrit and the primordial resonance of Aum, where breath, sound, and consciousness become one

Raaga Meditation — a shared journey into deep listening and presence, guiding the mind into alpha and theta brain wave states where intuition awakens and we draw closer to Source

Bhajan & Kirtan — a communal celebration of Bhakti where every voice belongs, and together we express, invoke, and co-create with Source through the living power of music and devotion
