About this Event
Máscara at Hyperreal Film Club!
Join us for the screening of Máscara - a short horror play originally written for Outsider Fest '25. The play, written and starring local performance artists Bobby Pudrido and Solovino, explores the multifaceted experiences of transmasculine individuals before, during, and after medical transition.
Come for the play - stay for the community as Jae Lin of ReSpec and Kanoa Arteaga of Abundant Masculinities speak on their work expanding conversations surrounding masculinity, community, and accountability.
We will then have some time to decompress and chat amongst old and new friends. We hope this night brings connection to folks who need it most.
Screening and Speakers will be ASL interpreted.
📝 This event is a screening of the recording of the play, not a live encore…..yet! 👀
