MYSTIC MONDAYS

Join Us Mondays at 11:44AM ✨ This class is intended for all mothers, new mommies, older mommies, mothers grieving the loss of their angels, mothers of grown adults, mothers of small children, those healing from mother wounds, those who are mothering ourselves, those who have yet to become mothers, fathers ready to support, & for everyone else in between. You don’t have to be a mother to come join. Regardless of your identity, I invite you to come flow with us on Mondays. All I ask is that you come willing to connect with your divine feminine. Join us Mondays at 11:44AM for an hour long session where we’ll get into some cycle synching, breathwork, meditation and taro.
