About this Event
Death is one of the most universal human experiences — yet it is often the least discussed.
This Death Café offers a gentle, welcoming space to explore conversations about mortality, grief, meaning, and the wisdom that can emerge when we allow ourselves to reflect on the end of life.
This is not a therapy session, lecture, or religious gathering.
Instead, it is a facilitated community conversation where participants are invited to share thoughts, questions, and personal reflections about death and dying in a respectful and supportive environment.
Together, we will explore:
- How awareness of mortality can deepen our experience of living
- The emotional and spiritual impact of end-of-life transitions
- Grief, legacy, and meaning-making
- Cultural and personal beliefs about death
- What it means to hold space for ourselves and others during life’s most profound moments
This circle is grounded in the understanding that talking openly about death can reduce fear, increase connection, and help us live with greater intention.
