Tension has a way of quietly accumulating in the body—settling into the hips, the shoulders, the jaw… the places we often overlook until they begin to speak more loudly.In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be gently guided into the practice of myofascial release—a simple yet powerful way to ease tightness, improve mobility, and reconnect with the subtle language of your body.
Using accessible tools like yoga blocks and tennis balls, Jada will walk you through practical techniques you can easily continue at home. Together, we’ll explore common areas of holding, including the feet, hips, back, neck, and shoulders—inviting space, circulation, and relief.
Expect a slow, mindful pace with moments of stillness, gentle movement, and curiosity. This is not about pushing into sensation, but about listening… allowing… and giving your body the time it needs to unwind.
You’ll leave with:
