Learn a wide variety of simple, yet effective, gentle stress management and tension release techniques each week. All classes include myofascial release, mindful movement, breathwork and guided deep relaxation, all with supporting science & educational information.
Drop-in to individual sessions or register to join us for all three weeks.
Week 1 - Foundations: feet, calves, quads / hamstrings and hips
Week 2- Scaffolding: head, neck, shoulders and back
Week 3 - Lymphatic Love: putting it altogether, in addition to lymphatic support
* Important - We provide yoga mats and tennis balls, if needed.
Please bring any of the following, only if you're able: throw pillow, yoga block, blanket, tennis balls (broken in work best), any other foam rollers or myofascial release tools.
