This session will center on Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) and other advanced planning opportunities, particularly for owners who are not positioned to convert to C-Corporation structures. The discussion is designed to be practical, relevant, and directly applicable to real-world ownership scenarios.
Led by Bernstein Private Wealth’s National Director of Tax Research, Bob Dietz, who has researched extensively on these topics, attendees will leave understanding how to maximize the value of their business before, during, and after any liquidity event.
