We will begin the adventure with a curated herbal spray blend by ElevanaLabs that will encourage Openmindedness, Empathy and Deep Connection.
At the end of the Hike Trail we will have a guided meditation with positive affirmations to refresh the mind and encourage a postive mindset.

This experience is designed for adults who are:
- Feeling the need to reset mentally or emotionally
- Interested in mindfulness, nature immersion, or self-reflection
- Comfortable with moderate physical activity outdoors
- Open to introspective and group-guided experiences
- You do not need prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or retreats.
- Looking to meet new people and have great conversation.
