Well, folks… it only took 25 years, countless deployments, a suspicious amount of Monster and Redbull, and at least 47 times being told to “hydrate” — but it’s finally happening. I’m retiring!To celebrate this major life upgrade Chief Petty Officer to “Civilian Who Can Grow Questionable Facial Hair, we’re throwing a party:

Before the ceremony, we’ll be having a golf outing that morning. Location is still TBD — because after 25 years in the military you’d think I could plan ahead, but here we are. Just know there will be golf, questionable swings, and at least one person pretending they’re on the PGA Tour. *Dan John*
Whether you’ve served with me, laughed with me, or just tolerated me… I’d love to have you there to celebrate this next chapter.
