We’re casting talented performers for My Redneck Shotgun Wedding, an outrageous, fully immersive dinner theater comedy that drops guests into the middle of a dysfunctional Southern wedding gone off the rails. The show blends improv, mystery, and audience interaction — and we’re looking for bold, funny, quick-thinking performers to bring it to life!

🎬 WHAT TO EXPECT AT CALLBACKS:
This isn’t a cold-read or monologue kind of audition. You’ll be asked to:
Jump into improv games as humorous, over-the-top redneck characters
Shift family dynamics (you might be someone’s sister one minute and their ex the next)
Collaborate with other performers to showcase group chemistry
Show off your special skills, like singing, dancing, playing an instrument, or anything that could wow a wedding crowd

We’re looking for performers who can stay in character, think on their feet, and have fun interacting with a live audience — because in this show, the audience is part of the experience.

ABOUT THE SHOW:
My Redneck Shotgun Wedding is a touring dinner theater production with paid roles. Guests arrive thinking they're attending a real wedding reception... but secrets come out, tensions rise, and before long, they're wrapped up in a full-blown redneck whodunnit. Think Clue meets The Beverly Hillbillies — with a buffet and a bar.
Performances will begin Fall 2025 and will tour venues throughout the region.
