About this Event
The Nook from SAMH is running a MyRAP (My Recovery Action Plan) peer support group in Parkhead Community Hub.
This is a structured 6‑week programme, taking place every Monday from 11:00am–12:30pm, starting Monday 15th June.

This is a safe, welcoming space for anyone who may be struggling with negative thinking, anxiety, or their mental health. The group is built around peer support, meaning you’ll be alongside others who understand and can share their experiences in a supportive and non-judgemental way.
There are several reasons you may want to join the MyRAP group:
- Friendly, informal group sessions delivered over 6 weeks
- Practical tools and exercises
- A supportive and understanding environment
- No pressure to share, participate at your own pace
- What to expect
- You may be mentally well and simply wish to learn more about staying well
- You may currently be unwell and being supported by mental health services but would like to take more control over your own recovery through self-management
- You may be experiencing concerns about someone else’s mental health and wellbeing and are keen to look at what you can do to support them in their recover
