About this Event
You are invited to join our My Mom & I meditation workshop this Mother's Day. These activities are created from the love between a mother and her children. You will have the opportunity to engage in quality time in activities together.
8:30-9:00 am: Registration
9:00-9:30 am: Orientation /Opening activity/ Pair Yoga (We will practice yoga together)
9:30-10:50 am: Meditation and My Mom & I activity
10:50 am: Group Picture (Optional)
10:55 am-1:00 pm: Cooking activity (Fresh Spring Roll)/ Lunch (Menu: Homemade Shrimp Fried Rice, Stir Fried glass noodles with vegetable, Soup, and Fruits)
*Suggested donation: $40 per family
*Note: Our homemade foods are prepared with care and freshness. All participants are responsible for any health issues that may arise during or after consuming the center's foods/beverages or snacks.

COVID-19 Daily Self-Screening Checklist:
