ABOUT THE CLASS
This 2-hour course is designed to introduce you to basic home care and maintenance techniques to maintain the value of your home and save money on repairs.
This course is open to all participants. Completion of this course fulfills the homeownership education requirement for the SHIP Rehabilitation program. You are not required to apply for this program to attend the class.
