On Saturday, February 14, join the Center for Culinary Culture—Home of The Cocktail Collection & EatsDrinksTV in welcoming Chef Stephen Chavez, Senior Chef-Instructor at the Institute of Culinary Education's Los Angeles campus, to LA's Arts District for a history, how-to, and tasting of the food of the gods, the direct translation of the cacao tree's scientific name. After the program, taste examples of Stephen's handiwork, enjoy refreshments courtesy Melissa's Produce, and indulge in a classic chocolate cocktail!GENERAL ADMISSION ONLY $10, PLUS FREE ENTRY with RSVP for ALL FOOD & DRINK PROFESSIONALS and MEDIA!
