The My Brain, My Business™ Masterclass is a hands-on, guided session designed for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and idea-generators who are ready to bring clarity, structure, and alignment to their next chapter.

We’ll combine brain-dumping, body-doubling, and business mapping in a supportive, low-pressure environment so you can leave with:

• a clearer sense of your direction, and which ideas actually feel right for you
• tools and prompts from My Brain, My Business™ Workbook
• a personalized “next gentle step” action plan you can actually follow
• connection with other neurospicy business owners who get it

Whether you’re still shaping your idea, restructuring your services, or just tired of running your business in a way that burns you out, this session will help you find your footing again.

Here’s what you can expect:

Physical Accessibility

• Seating options will include both chairs and softer seating (feel free to bring your favourite blanket if that helps you feel more comfortable).
• FREE Parking and drop-off are available nearby.
• Unfortunately, this venue is NOT wheelchair accessible, including the restroom. There is one flight of stairs to access the room on the 2nd floor.

Sensory Considerations

• Lighting will be natural and soft where possible (no harsh fluorescents).
• Sound will be kept at a comfortable level, with quiet space available if you need a break.
• Fidgets, stimming, doodling, pacing, or wearing headphones are all welcome.

Environment & Structure

• This is a low-pressure, judgment-free zone. You’re welcome to come as you are: late is better than not at all, masked or unmasked, in comfy clothes or even pjs. As long as you are comfy, that's what matters!
• You’ll receive a rough outline of the session beforehand so you know what to expect.
• There will be short breaks built in, and snacks/drinks available throughout.
