About this Event
My Black Is…Rejuvenating: Melanated Restoration
As part of our four-week My Black Is Beautiful series honoring Black History Month, My Black Is…Rejuvenating: Melanated Restoration offers a space for deep rest, healing, and renewal for all Black-identifying individuals.
Inspired by Frantz’s Restore & Reset class, this experience invites you to slow down and soften through a restorative movement practice designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. The evening is paired with Reiki offered by guest practitioner Tru Violet, providing gentle energetic support as you rest and receive.
Hosted at Fyra Yoga, this third-week offering centers restoration as both a personal and collective act—honoring the body, spirit, and resilience of our community during this historic centennial year of Black History Month in America.
Come as you are. Rest deeply. Leave renewed.
Note: This is a ticketed event on a sliding scale of $35 - $55. After registering here, we will contact you with further details on finalizing your class registration.
