At the finish line, you won’t just earn a medal.
You’ll receive a custom MVP Cares Zero to 100 Wishes Finisher Medal — a reminder that your steps helped change a child’s life.

This nationwide movement is led by Brady McDonald, who is running 50Ks in all 50 states — 1,553.4 miles total — to help grant 100 life-changing wishes to children facing critical illness.

Every $10,000 raised helps fund another wish, and each city ends with a wish granted live — turning miles into moments families will never forget.

Every year, more than 27,000 children in the U.S. are diagnosed with a critical illness. A wish gives them something powerful — hope, strength, and the chance to feel like a kid again when they need it most.
