SAVE THE DATE! We have been invited by Dr. Mike Russell to join a free session at the Movement Lab. This session is open to all trail runners and their friends. Prior to the session we will do a nice fun trail run, details soon. You do not have to do the run to join the session, but are encouraged to join.Details: We will meet up at MVMT Lab (address above) at 9AM for a Trail Running Injury prevention clinic. Bring your running shoes water and be prepared to learn from the best. Do you have a persistent injury and want to find ways to fix it, this is your chance. Put comments below to make sure we address your concerns, for example if you suffer with PF, we will talk about that. Knee/hip pain, we will discuss that.
