Solidarity, not charity.ONE-DAY SUPPLY DROP — SUPPORT FOR IMMIGRANT FAMILIES (KNOXVILLE)
We are working directly with trusted immigrant community leaders who have identified specific needs of families and are taking the lead on distribution. This event page and its organizers are focused on COLLECTION. Our past event was met with astounding participation and cooperation- nearly all of the supplies from the past event have been distributed to families. This time, we will be more prepared and organized.
We all have many things we care about, but this is a specific supply operation.
Off-topic posts, arguments, or trolling will be removed, and users may be banned.
We are taking measures to protect privacy of community members.
Once we are filled up with supplies, we will post that here.
We are collecting specific requested household and food items to support immigrant families with children, and individuals, who are struggling right now. Needs are coming directly from community contacts working with families.
