About this Event
The Commonwealth Cohort’s inaugural Mutual Aid Pop-Up Market is a reflection of the power of community.
In a time where we are seeing resources be cut off at every turn, this pop-up market is an opportunity for us to answer the call from our community.
Leaders across multiple sectors have come together to turn the lobby of the BCA Plaza Theatre into a mutual aid market because at the end of the day, it will be we the people who make a change.
Folx can stock up on non-perishable food items, hygiene products, school supplies, and medical supplies. while supplies last
Following the mutual aid market, we will host Arrivals: Stories of Becoming from 2-4pm (separate registration required).
LGBTQ+ Elders of Color raises awareness and visibility for LGBTQ+ older adults of color. We connect individuals and build community through social engagement events in safe and welcoming spaces.
