This training will focus on Prepping a Go Bag for yourself and your family, including pets and people with disabilities.
As the residents of East Palestine and our members can attest, when living in an area affected by environmental injustices, we need to be prepared for industrial accidents which may require sheltering in place or leaving abruptly. This training is one of two, focusing on preparing for emergency evacuations. The second will be on October 26 and will focus on sheltering in place.
Because of the hands-on nature of this training and others in this class series, it is only available in person. Masks will be provided and encouraged, and the training space is large and well ventilated. We will notify registered participants any cancellation directly by email and will share cancellation information through our social media.
Dinner provided; childcare, interpretation and other accommodations available with registration by 9/18.
