On the heels of the Spring Equinox, this class welcomes renewal. Surrounded by the new exhibit, Under Floral Awakening, we embody nature’s rhythm: opening, expanding, and creating space. Through an invigorating slow flow with a dynamic focus on the hips and shoulders, we awaken the inner landscape and move stagnant winter energy out of the body. These major junction points in the body can hide tension, emotion, and heaviness. As we move through the practice, we invite these areas to soften and release. Come move through winter's density and head into the new season feeling refreshed and ready to bloom.This class is accessible for all levels of practitioners as Sarah offers many options and moments for you to turn up the dial of intensity or mellow it out as we honor how we have arrived on our mats. The class is accompanied with a live soundscape by Cody. He holds space for us by weaving together beautiful rhythms and sounds for us to move and breathe to.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle. There will be a few extra mats available to use in case you forget yours. There are two different class times that you can register for: 6:00- 7:00 p.m. or 7:30-8:30 p.m. The Muttart Conservatory will be open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. for everyone to enjoy the other pyramids.
