Now that you’ve got the basics down, it’s time to start building. In Week 2, we are taking those loops and lines and learning how to form a perfect crochet square - the building block of almost every cool crochet project (including our final goal!).
What to expect in Week 2:
• 🔲 Shape It Up: We will move beyond simple lines and learn how to turn corners and build rows to create a solid square fabric.
• 🧶 Technique Focus: Perfect for solidifying your tension and counting stitches so your edges stay straight and neat.
• ☕ The Usual Perks: As always, your ticket includes a complimentary drink from our barista. Grab a latte, find your seat, and get cozy.
• 🤝 Community Vibes: Stuck on a stitch? No worries. Our expert is there to guide you, and you’ll be surrounded by fellow slow-living enthusiasts.
The Details:
• Time: Saturday, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (2 Hours)
• Location: Morning Glory, NQ ( Two minutes from Picadilly Gardens)
• Prerequisite: Ideally, you attended Week 1 or already know how to hold a hook and do a basic chain/stitch.
• Equipment: We provide the yarn and tools for the session!
• Tip: If you bought a kit last week, bring it along! If not, you can buy supplies to take home on the night.
