Dan Moffat's journey is a testament to resilience and passion in the world of audio engineering and music. Hailing from Boston, he has forged a path that blends technical expertise with artistic expression, leaving an indelible mark on every project he touches. With a focus on production and post-production, Dan has left his mark on projects ranging from podcasts for CNN and Sirius XM to audiobooks for acclaimed authors like James Patterson. His expertise extends to the music industry, where he has lent his talents as an assistant engineer on projects for bands like The Happy Fits, Cold Fronts, and Grim Streaker. Beyond his technical prowess, Dan is a seasoned musician, serving as the lead singer and guitarist of the dynamic ensemble @thecollectpond. His musical talents complement his audio engineering skills, offering a unique perspective and depth to his work. In addition to his roles in music and media, Dan is a dedicated educator, sharing his knowledge and passion as an instructor at @bostonaudioschool.  He believes in empowering aspiring audio professionals and guiding them on their journey in the world of sound. Currently, Dan is gearing up to host another four-week hands-on recording workshop at The Record Co in June. Tailored for beginners eager to explore the world of audio production!
