Through guided listening, journaling and somatic reflection, we will engage with vocative soundscapes, including ancestral, rock, shamanic, drumming, and music from the past. We will track emotional triggers, archetypal stirrings, and shadow motives that arise through sound, using music as both mirror and medicine. This class invites listening, introspection, and ritual integration, ideal for in person and zoom participants.
