About Alex Beyer
LT. Alex Beyer has entranced area audiences for years, playing concerts domestically and abroad. In 2016, he received Third Prize in the Queen Elisabeth Competition, an international competition for career-starting musicians held in Brussels. and was named one of five finalists of the American Pianists Association Awards. In the summer of 2018, Alex joined the navy training to become a naval aviator. He said his musical training, that required extensive repetition and memorization provided an excellent foundation for his flight training
