We did a musical hike last year and it was wildly enjoyed! Venture back more than 120 years on this two-mile hike with naturalist Suzanne Michot & musician Laurie D. There will be stops along the way to learn the history of Chautauqua & discover the flora, wildlife & geology that surround & inspire us along the trail. Laurie will provide accompaniment with fun, nature-themed songs. Sing along, or just enjoy the music & the beautiful open space we have in our backyard! Miles: about 2. Elevation gain: about 300 feet. (Mileage & elevation will depend on the group.)
Meet in front of the Chautauqua Dining Hall, 900 Baseline Rd. in Boulder. Suggested donation $20-$30, cash or Venmo
The free bus will not be running until May. Recommended parking is free on Baseline but also paid parking on Chautauqua property.
