Badger Street Jazz came together during the Covid years when everyone was chomping at the bit to do something fun. The group included Fairbanks musicians who loved jazz, and over the last six years the sauce simmered into a classic five piece jazz combo (piano, drums, bass, guitar and saxophone) accompanied by the group’s dedicated and talented lady jazz vocalists. Coming from various musical backgrounds, Badger Street Jazz members share a love of jazz standards, old time hits and then some.
