Come join Bumblebee Pediatric Therapy for Music Class!
Music Therapy is a great way for your child to practice skills like attention, motor coordination, communication, vocabulary development, socialization, regulation and build independence through play with music!
Bumblebee is offering two music therapy group sessions on Sunday mornings this fall.
- Under 2s: 9:00-9:45am
- 3-4s: 10:00-10:45
What will music therapy sessions look like?
Sessions will be 30 minutes of structured music therapy, where Jo will provide group music interventions to promote cognitive, motor, speech/language, and social-emotional development. Here, you might see your child singing or moving to music, taking turns playing instruments with peers, and/or identifying things like animals, shapes, and colors in a musical story. The other 15 minutes will be supported musical free play, where children can explore instruments with their peers, following their own curiosities.
