About this Event

You've asked, we delivered: you can now join us MONTHLY for our one of a kind MUSIC, MOVEMENT, MINDFULNESS sessions, facilitated by our Co-Director Juliana!

Are you a WOMAN/GENDER NON CONFORMING person feeling stressed, drained, disconnected from your authentic self? Treat yourself to some much needed SELF CARE indulgence!

Drawing from my Afro-native Brazilian heritage practices, I’ll be taking you on a journey of sound, movement, breathwork and LIBERATION on the longest day of the year and a day which is recognised for powerful healing and an opportunity to rejuvenate your spirit and reconnect with yourself and the natural world

Summer is the time of the orixa/orisha Oxalá, representing the power of the sun and creativity, which is perfect for this session which also falls on World Music Day !!

These sessions are a unique immersive experience that will:

-Help you regulate your nervous system, release stress from your body and mind

-Reconnect you to your inner power releasing what's holding you back

-Re-energise, feel empowered, and reconnect with yourself!

What to expect:
?Libation ritual: Afro-Brazilian ritual using water to call into reality our ideas and desires

? Sunset Sound Bath: Afro-Indigenous Brazilian and Tibetan healing sounds that will transport and vibrate you to another dimension. This portion of the session will be held outdoors in our summer garden of our venue - weather permitting

??Embodied Movement: Embrace the freedom of movement, connecting deeply with the earth's rhythms and our inner fire through gentle yoga and sacred embodied movement practices.
?Mindfulness & Breathwork: To ground ourselves in the present moment, releasing the pressures of daily lives
? Connecting in sharing a special tea
